Yoga classes at The Lab are meant to be challenging. We recommend new students to try a Level 1 or Level 1/2 first. Doors open 25 min before the evening classes and 15 min before the morning classes. While we try to keep the schedule as stable as possible, the schedule is subject to change at any time.
